Please note, according to § 4, para. 22, German Turnover-Tax Law registration fees are exempt from VAT. For social programs including evening receptions VAT is not shown according to the § 25 German Turnover-Tax Law (German: UstG).

Conference Registration

It is highly recommended to use the online registration to take advantage of early bird discounts. Additionally you can reduce the waiting period at the conference office.
All the conference attendees, including speakers, must register at the Conference and receive an official conference badge. Every attendee must wear her/his official conference badge to enter the sessions.

On-Site Registration

If you register on-site at the conference desk you can pay cash or by credit card. Only VISA, MasterCard or American Express will be accepted. To pick up your registration materials or to register on-site, please go to the Conference Registration Desk.

Payments

All payments has to be made in Euro (€) by credit card or bank transfer.

Payment methodes
Only VISA, MasterCard or American Express will be accepted. If you register using the online form and wish to pay with a credit card or bank transfer, kindly follow the instructions on the website.
Please note that all banking costs must be paid by the participant. The name and address of the participant as well as the details of the payment should be clearly indicated when completing the bank transfer. Payments received from bank transfer have to be credited on the INTERCOM Dresden GmbH  account within 14 days after you have received your confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise the organizer is authorized to upgrade your fee the next higher registration fee. A duplicate or a photocopy of the bank transfer can be sent by telefax or airmail to the Congress Secretariat.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be send to the participant by e-mail / pdf.

Cancellations

All changes or cancellations must be submitted to INTERCOM Dresden GmbH in writing (e-mail, telefax or airmail). In case of cancellation from February 01, 2010, we are allowed to charge 50% of the registration fee plus 25€ service charge. Cancellations received after February 15, 2010, are not refundable. All refunds will be settled after the congress.

Replacements
Name substitutions will be accepted at any time at no extra charge.
